About me
Running has always been a part of my life but it only got serious as a young adult …
Previously to Running, I played competitive Rugby throughout school and into University. I suffered from severe hip issues in my late teens and had to have serious surgeries on both of my hip joints, which put an end to my career in contact sport. I struggled a great deal trying to navigate what sport I could love enough that sacrifices and pain would have the long term rewards Rugby had for me in previous years. Upon significant thought (don’t get me wrong I was skeptic) … I decided to pursue Athletics at University, which turned out to be one of the greatest decisions I have made so far. Running gave me a new trajectory which created focus and discipline during a time I needed it most. I want to share the great things running has brought into my life.
